MP Éric Ngalula’s appeal for MIBA to take over its shares in the transformation of SACIM SARL into SA | DRC
National deputy Éric Ngalula seeks the involvement of the President of the Republic, Félix-Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo, so that MIBA takes over its shares in the transformation of SACIM SARL into SA. He believes that doing so will translate fairness and justice for this mining company.
He also criticizes the attitude of the authorities at the time, who were unable to protect the interests of the Bakuanga Mining (MIBA).
“In 2010, at the time of the transformation of Sengamines into SACIM, those who were supposed to protect the interests of MIBA at the time simply let it be in the ejection of MIBA while the mines of Tshibwe, Senga Senga etc. belong to Miba “, deputy Éric Ngalula said this Friday.
And added that:
“It’s been 10 years, the Miba is going through a period of lean cow. It must come back to its rights. This will allow this society to recover for the benefit of the province and its population. This is how we ask the Chief to the State to do everything in its power to ensure that justice is done because Miba was and remains the nourishing mother of Kasai Oriental “.
