Botswana Diamonds to raise £363 000 for exploration
Botswana Diamonds, a publicly traded company, has made a company arranged placement with existing and new investors to raise £ 363,000 through the issue of 60.5 million new common shares.
This includes a cash subscription from certain Directors.
The funds raised will be used to finance ongoing exploration activities in Botswana and South Africa this year, as well as for working capital.
