Trade Expert Applauds Agreement to Revitalize TAZARA Railway
Trade expert Gilbert Nkamba has commended the recent tripartite agreement between Zambia, Tanzania, and China to upgrade and revitalize the TAZARA railway line. The railway, which connects Zambia’s Copperbelt mines to the Tanzanian port of Dar Es Salaam, was originally constructed in the 1970s but has since fallen into disrepair.
