PURPOSE
- The Clerk, Administrative will be responsible for a variety of administrative support functions under minimal supervision. As well as responsible for liaison assignments which include contact with the customers, officials and management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinates daily administrative activities for the office
- Performs office management duties; manage the sales front office and manage customer inquiries
- Record house maintenance request, follow ups and update in the system
- Communicate with prospective customers when houses are ready for hand over and arrange house exit inspections
- Ensuring that customers understand and sign all required house documents after house hand over
- Update and manage the customer’ waiting list
- Keeping customers informed on subsequent steps in the sales process
- Offering relevant advice to customers on queries
- Attend to day to day customers inquires
- Schedule appointments for customer to start the sales process
- Initial screening of all customers at start of the sales process
- Update and manage the customer’ waiting list.
- Handle other administrative tasks as may be assigned
- Manage office logistics
- Keep updated files for all prospective and existing customers
- Perform other duties as directed by the Supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS
- Grade Twelve (12) School Certificate or equivalent
- A Certificate in any Business related Discipline would be an added advantage
EXPERIENCE
- Two (2) years’ experience in related field
- Experience with office equipment
