Kamoto Cooper Company Extends Tender Deadlines After ARSP Investigation
Managers of Kamoto Cooper Company (KCC) were questioned by Judicial Police Officers from the Regulatory Authority for Subcontracting in the Private Sector (ARSP) for publishing ephemeral and unreliable tender calls on the website www.arsp.cd, which lasted only 48 hours.
Following directives from ARSP Director General Miguel Kashal Katemb, the provincial management of ARSP in Lualaba and KCC Mining Company reached a compromise.
The agreement extended the tender deadline to 15 days, allowing subcontractors sufficient time to bid and benefit from these market opportunities.
