EU Ambassador Urges Rwanda to Withdraw Troops from DRC
Nicolas Berlanga, the European Union Ambassador to the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), reiterated the EU’s condemnation of any support provided by Rwanda to the M23 rebels during Europe Day celebrations.
