The Zambian government is gearing up to launch an initiative aimed at boosting copper production to three million tonnes annually by 2031. This ambitious goal was unveiled during the African Minerals Development Center Assessment workshop in Lusaka, focusing on sustainable mineral resource management and alignment with the African Mining Vision (AMV).
