Delta Drone wins Anglo DaaS contract
Australia-headquartered drones-as-a-service provider Delta Drone International has signed an agreement to provide services to Rustenberg Platinum Mines’ Mogalakwena mine in South Africa. Rustenberg Platinum Mines is a wholly owned subsidiary of Anglo American Platinum, the world’s largest producer of platinum. The deal, which is worth approximately A$120,000 (US$ 87,792), includes drone-based end-to-end survey mapping, blast monitoring and inspection requirements for the mine by Rocketmine’s mining specialist pilots and drone fleet.
