prices of mining products continue to fall, copper plunges to 7.576 USD per ton
The general trend in the prices of the main mining export products of the Democratic Republic of the Congo is downward this week from July 25 to 30, 2022, according to projections by the National Mercurial Commission of the Ministry of Foreign Trade.
Copper remains down this week and is trading at 7,237.05 USD per ton against 7,576.05 USD per ton last week, a drop of 339 USD.
Cobalt is also down at 53,749.00 USD per ton against 59,741.00 USD last week, a negative price difference of 5992 USD.
Zinc fell this week to 3011.20 USD per tonne against 3125.75 USD per tonne last week, resulting in a negative price difference of 114.55 USD.
Similarly, tin fell this week to 25,021.25 USD per ton against 25,821.00 USD per ton last week, ie a negative price difference of 799.75 USD.
Gold also tumbled to 55.35 USD per gram from 55.96 USD per gram last week, a drop of 0.61 USD.
Silver is also down at $0.61 per gram from $0.62 last week, giving a negative price differential of $0.01.
As for tantalum, it remained stable this week at 410.00 per Kg.
