The Director General of ARSP, Miguel Kashal, continues his monitoring mission within companies established in the province of Lualaba.
Accompanied by the President of the FEC Lualaba, Miguel Kashal and his delegation headed towards the Kamoto Cooper Company (KCC).

Well before his arrival, the visit of ARSP inspectors had been announced with a view to verifying the regularity of subcontracting activities in this company based in Kolwezi.

the FEC welcomes this approach while considering that the partnership established with the ARSP will benefit entrepreneurs.

“We can only applaud the initiative because since we signed the protocol with the ARSP, nothing had changed. But today with the arrival of General Manager Miguel Kashal here, we think that things will change and it will not remain as a slogan but rather a reality. », explained the President of the FEC Lualaba.

For the Congolese subcontractors present in the delegation of the Director General of ARSP, the determination of this public establishment aimed at promoting economic operators, as desired by the President of the Republic Félix-Antoine Tshisekedi, is to be welcomed and even to sustain.

“We have a defender who bears the burden of defending us because before we were marginalized. But today we are confident of a better future, because the Director General Miguel Kashal is really keen to defend the Congolese and especially young entrepreneurs. », noted a member of the delegation of entrepreneurs.

As in the KAMOA and SICOMINES companies, this control operation takes place at KCC in strict compliance with the requirements of the Law on subcontracting and its implementing measures. Objective: preserve the good business climate in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
