ARSP recommends 25 subcontracting companies for large contracts to TFM

The Regulatory Authority for Subcontracting in the private sector ARSP) published, on Friday April 5, 2024 in the evening, the partial list of 25 subcontracting companies that it recommended for the execution of major contracts in within the mining company Tenke Fungurume Mining located in the province of Lualaba.

According to the Director General of ARSP, Miguel Kashal Katemb, this announcement is based on the memorandum of understanding signed with the Ministry of Mines as well as the FEC with the aim of facilitating the access of eligible companies to markets through compliance with the application of the conditions required in the conclusion of contracts.

The decision made public by the ARSP is based on the conclusions of the working sessions held between the managers of the ARSP and those of the company Tenke Fungurume Mining (TFM), the main company working in the mining sector.

Thus, this decision, presented in three articles, is structured as follows:

Article 1:
⁃ The companies whose names are listed below are recommended within the TFM company to execute subcontracting contracts taking into account their qualification and expertise.
These are the following companies:

1.Éléphant Trade SARL: contract relating to electrical construction and automation

2.Panaco: supply of electrical equipment;

3.GHS: excavation and internal transportation of ores;

4.BOFA SARL: excavation and internal transport of ores;

5.ALMER Engineering: excavation and internal transportation of ores;

6.MSD SARL: excavation and internal transport of ores;

7.Best Services Africa: excavation and internal transportation of minerals;

7.MADIWE SARL: excavation and internal transport;

8.EAGLE global: supply of mining reagents, collectors, coagulants, flocculants;

9.Congo Chemical company SARL: supply of collecting mining reagents; coagulants flocculants

10.GPM: the contract concerns the supply of lime and other mining related matters;

11.Congo sas: supply of pipes;

12.Mulykap: supply of petroleum products;

13.Congo Oil Group: supply of petroleum products and lubricants;

14.ELK Oil: supply of petroleum products;

15.MAESTRO SARLU: supply of petroleum products;

16.Africa Petrolium SARL: supply of petroleum products;

17.KM Oil SARL: supply of petroleum products;

18.Bish World: construction and civil engineering;

19.Bac Africa development: construction and civil engineering;

20.BAT construct and industry: construction and civil engineering;

21.Envol concept: supply of valves and pipes;

22.HM business SARL: supply of lime and sulfur;

23.Trade Services sarl: customs clearance;

24.ORM logistics: customs clearance.
