FEC is organizing an Extraordinary General Assembly this Thursday, November 2, 2023
The Federation of Congolese Companies (FEC) will organize an Extraordinary General Assembly this Thursday, November 2, 2023 at its headquarters in Kinshasa/Gombe.
The announcement was made by the President of this Employers’ Union, Albert Yuma Mulimbi, in a correspondence addressed to members of the FEC.
According to this document, two points are retained on the agenda, namely:
– Approval of the revised statutes of the FEC;
– Approval of the internal regulations of the FEC which supplement the statutes by providing practical details on the organization and functioning of the FEC.
Remember that this extraordinary general meeting is convened under article 15 paragraph 4 of the revised and coordinated statutes of the FEC.
An elective general assembly expected at the end of November 2023 will have the mission of appointing the new management committee of Congolese employers.
