Motivation for awarding “queens” at Heavy welding workshop

Kansanshi Mining Plc Engineering department at Heavy Welding workshop recently awarded four ladies who pushed limits proving to the section that what a man can do indeed a woman can do better. This is one of the rare scenarios where ‘THE QUEENS ‘have done their best to ensure that their work on RD52 Tray rehabilitation project met its target completion date.
The rehabilitation works on the Cat 785c – 043 Tray commenced on the 22nd of August 2022 to the 08th of October 2022, this was for a duration of 6 weeks and six days.
This team Titled “the queens” is made up of a majority of ladies, together with their teammates, they devoted and dedicated their efforts to the completion of this tray on time.
As heavy welding workshop, we are extremely proud of their achievement, we hereby motivate for their recognition and suggest they be awarded voucher cards as a token of appreciation for their hard work and commitment and names of the ladies are Catherine Zulu, Timale Mutonga, Memory Mukuka, Makesa Chiputa.
