ARSP grants a 30-day grace period to Deregistered subcontracting companies
After the sanctions taken by the Regulatory Authority for Subcontracting in the Private Sector (ARSP), a grace period of thirty (30) working days was granted to subcontracting companies in order to comply with the provisions of the Law in force. According to the Director General of the ARSP, Miguel Kashal Katemb, the contracts already signed by the 1,200 companies concerned will be automatically void if the deadline is exceeded, in accordance with article 28 of the Law establishing rules applicable to the subcontracting in the private sector.
