Zambia Qatar $19B MoU: Driving Investment Across Energy, Mining, Agriculture, and Infrastructure On 18 August 2025, Zambia and Qatar signed a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) covering 11 key sectors, valued at US$19 billion.
