Young entrepreneurs from the Greater Katanga welcome the appointment of Miguel Katemb as head of ARSP
The young entrepreneurs of the Greater Katanga area welcomed, this Wednesday, in a statement, the appointment of Miguel Katemb to the post of Director General at the subcontracting regulatory authority.
“We are a collective of young entrepreneurs from Greater Katanga working in subcontracting, precisely in the private sector. We salute how saving the act which values Katangan youth in particular and Congolese in general by raising one of ours to the rank of Director General at the head of the regulatory authority for subcontracting in the private sector (ARSP), we quote Miguel Katemb Kashal who has proven himself for more than 15 years in the field of entrepreneurship, not to mention orthodox management and prowess he has shown in the provincial ministry of infrastructure,” they say in the statement.
And to continue:
“We young entrepreneurs from the Grand Katanga area, come by this fact, to apologize for the arrogance and the excess of zeal having characterized one of ours on November 30 at the people’s palace. On the other hand, we let us remain confident in the determination you have, that of creating Congolese millionaires in order to obtain the middle class through work and Congolese expertise”.
Miguel Katemb Kashal, then provincial infrastructure minister, was recently elevated, by presidential order, to the rank of Director General of the regulatory authority for subcontracting in the private sector (ARSP).
