Reported deaths in Africa reached 140,655 and 4,684,401 people have recovered. South Africa has the most reported cases 1,913,861  and 59,778 people died. Other most-affected countries are Morocco (529,224), Tunisia (403,493), Egypt (280,005), Ethiopia (275,881), Libya (192,129) and Kenya (182,393).
