Kaputo Kalubi Alphonse appointed to the post of PCA of Gécamines in DRC
A new Chairman of the Board of Directors of Société Générale des Carrières et des Mines (Gécamines SA) has been appointed, by presidential decree, this Friday, December 3, 2021. This is Mr. Alphonse Kaputo Kalubi.
He replaces in this position Mr. Albert Yuma Mulimbi, who is the current President of the Federation of Enterprises of Congo (FEC).
With regard to the ordinance read on the antennas of the Radio Télévision Nationale Congolaise (RTNC), nine (9) members have been appointed to compose the new Board of Directors of this mining company of the State Portfolio.
Thus, the new management team of Gécamines is composed as follows:
• Kaputo Kalubi Alphonse: Chairman of the Board of Directors,
• Ntambwe Kabongo Ngoy Hilaire: Director General (CEO);
• Mwine Kabiena Léon: Deputy Director General (DGA);
The rest of the members of the Board of Directors are:
• Lukana Guy Robert;
• Kipenge Kahungu Rudy;
• Mbonzi Muyumba Tegla
• Muhembo Kitangu Bob;
• Madame Kiwewa malunda Nelly;
• Madame Néhéma Grace.
