ARSP raises Awareness among Entrepreneurs about respecting the law Governing this sector
The Director General of the Regulatory Authority for Subcontracting in the Private Sector (ARSP), Miguel Kashal Katemb, spoke in Kolwezi with local entrepreneurs engaged in subcontracting activities.
On a work mission in the province of Lualaba, Miguel Kashal is determined to enforce the law on subcontracting in this mining province.
In his address to subcontractors, he welcomed the support of Congolese entrepreneurs for his approach which is that of the creation of a real middle class according to the vision of the Head of State Félix Tshisekedi.
“We launched a control throughout the Republic, we did it in Kinshasa and now we are here in Lualaba. Our objective is to make our Congolese entrepreneurs beneficiaries of markets in the sectors of their activities, declared the Director General of ARSP, Miguel Kashal, in response to various questions from the audience.
The entrepreneurs present, in turn, welcomed the initiative of the Director General of the ARSP who is very active on the ground in this control operation carried out in the main companies.
“The work carried out by the ARSP under the leadership of Director General Miguel Kashal is really to be congratulated, because previously it did not exist. We praise his support for Congolese entrepreneurs. “, said some participants.
In response, the Lualaba entrepreneurs present reassured the subcontracting policeman of their full desire to take ownership of the control activities initiated by the ARSP in all sectors of the economy.
In its control mission in Lualaba, ARSP inspectors have already visited KAMOA, SICOMINES and KCC.
