Hon. Makoso Chikote, Zambia’s Minister of Energy, addressed the nation on the ongoing power deficit, expressing gratitude for citizens’ resilience during this challenging period. He acknowledged that September was particularly difficult, with prolonged power rationing affecting numerous households and businesses.
