Jubilee Targets Further Growth After Strong 2026 Production

Jubilee Metals Targets Further Copper Growth After 225% Rise in 2026 Production

Jubilee Metals Group is targeting further production growth after recording a significant increase in copper output from its Zambian operations during the financial year ended June 30, 2026.

Combined production from the Roan operations and Molefe mine before refining reached 3,739 tonnes of copper, a 225% increase from the previous financial year.

Copper concentrate and run-of-mine material delivered to the Sable refinery also rose sharply to 1,342 tonnes of contained copper, up 1,497.6% year-on-year.

Saleable copper production, comprising cathode and copper sulphide concentrate, increased 1.3% to 2,120 tonnes.

The stronger performance reflects the continued ramp-up of Jubilee’s Zambian operations, particularly at Roan and Molefe.

The company is now focused on increasing throughput and extracting further value from its growing copper resource base.

Jubilee has been expanding Molefe’s run-of-mine deliveries to Sable, with plans to increase volumes to 10,000 tonnes a month by October 2026.

This is expected to significantly strengthen feed availability for the refinery and support further production growth.

The company’s strategy remains centred on increasing copper production through its integrated mining and processing operations in Zambia, while improving operational efficiency and expanding its resource base.
