Sibanye-Stillwater Resolves Illegal Sit-In at Kroondal Mine, Plans Employee Engagement
Multinational mining and metals processing group Sibanye-Stillwater announced it will engage with employees and representative unions at its Kroondal mine following the end of an illegal underground sit-in at the Kwezi shaft. Sibanye confirmed that all employees involved in the sit-in had exited the Kwezi shaft and returned to the surface by mid-afternoon on Wednesday.
