Barrick Gold has awarded a contract to Australian “drones-as-a-service” provider Delta Drone for advanced light detection and ranging (LIDAR) services at Barrick’s project in Mali. Epiroc wins US$10M Ivanhoe battery-electric equipment order

Sweden’s Epiroc has secured a US$10 million order for battery-electric mining equipment from a subsidiary of Canadian miner company Ivanhoe Mines. Metso Outotec chosen for Karara tailings plant expansion

Finnish mining equipment maker Metso Outotec has secured a contract worth up to €20 million (US$23.7 million) to supply key filtration and material handling equipment for Karara Mining’s iron ore project in Western Australia.
